The food was excellent. The pork belly taco is amazing. It could be less sweet, but I'd get it again. The duck, baja fish, and chicken verde tacos were all very good. The ahi wrap was good but quite bitter. Many gluten free options. The service was good, though the hybrid digital ordering system didn't work and it took forever to order in lieu of that. The music was way louder than it needed to be. We couldn't hear each other talk.

Vimala's gives me and fellow patrons life. I've been indulging in Vimala's food and beverage fare amid the past two days given my intuitive yearning for healing sustenance. This is my new "go to" for "gluten-free" Indian cuisine because I trust her locally sourced animal products and other ingredients.

Service is friendly. Atmosphere is nice and casual. They have a small grocery section with local items. Plenty of good looking pastries and desserts. I got the vegetable quiche and a gluten free strawberry scone to go for about $13.xx. End crust on the quiche was slightly dry but overall good with a nice good portion. Will definitely come back and try other items.

We came in for dinner last night an hour before they closed. The food and service was amazing! They were more than happy to serve us and we really appreciate our waiter Edwin. He gave some good recommendations and was patient while we ordered. The menu is extensive and labeled really well for gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options. We ordered the dal tadka, paneer butter masala, and mixed vegetable pakoda. Everything was so delicious and seasoned extremely well. We’ll definitely be back!
